Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
• Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining and service areas.
• Attend to guest requests and enquiries promptly.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all times.
• Assist with restaurant, banquet, and event operations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
