Role Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network & infrastructure solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, server, and network-related incidents
• Manage UAT, Production & Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
• Ensure timely system upgrades, security patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Support audits, maintain documentation, and enhance IT policies & SOPs
• Lead and participate in infrastructure-related projects

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in network & infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge in AD, Azure, O365, VMware, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN, SIEM, backup solutions, and security technologies
• CCNA certification is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Willing to provide after-hours support when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
