DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Management

• To ensure production runs according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To arrange manpower according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To prepare Job Sheet for the workers according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To prepare Machine Output Checklist (MOC) for the moulding according to the works order.
• To ensure all machine parameters are set according to the MOC and Standard Operating Procedure.
• To ensure every first product is checked for dimension and filled up in the First Product Check and any related form before mass production.
• To work closely with QC to ensure products are produced according to standard and SOP.
• To ensure raw material is sufficient for moulding use (Non-Bearing) according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To review production target and workers performance for every shift.
• If any equipment such as machine, mould, or tools are damaged, report to superior immediately.
• To ensure all machines are operating in good condition; if not, issue Maintenance Requisition Form (MRF) or report to superior.
• To participate in monthly and annual stock take.

Safety & Workplace Management

• To brief all workers regarding Safety & Health Policies, PPE awareness, and proper tool use during operating shifts.
• To ensure the workplace is tidy and clean at all times; any unusual issues must be reported immediately.
• To enact the 5S concept among all production workers.
• To carry out any additional tasks given by superior from time to time

Other Duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

1. Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent certification. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

Experience:

1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
