Job Functions:

• Plan and coordinate aluminium formwork works from shop drawings through installation and dismantling.
• Review and coordinate Aluform shop drawings, structural drawings and construction details with consultants and contractors.
• Supervise and monitor Aluform installation to ensure structural accuracy, alignment, level, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure a smooth concrete works.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues, ensuring Aluform works are completed according to project schedule and specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably with hands-on experience in Aluminium Formwork / Aluform.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, Aluform shop drawings, construction methodology and concrete works.
• Good technical, site coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and site teams.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
