Infinity Logistics & Transport

Location: Pulau Indah

Responsibilities:

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and follow up on order confirmation and delivery schedules.
• Issue Sales Orders (SO) to customers and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability and avoid overstocking or stock shortages.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate with suppliers, customers and logistics providers.
• Follow up on delivery status, shipment schedules and order fulfillment including document
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records in the system and Excel.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on receiving, storage, re-bagging and stock movements.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding order status, delivery arrangements and stock availability.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of PO, SO, delivery and shipment documentation.
• Assist in updating customer and supplier records in the system.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist with data entry and document filing.
• Assist in responding to customer and supplier enquiries.
• Support the team in ad-hoc supply chain and logistics activities.
• Assist in preparing information or documents for internal meetings and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
• Have experience in logistics industry for 1-2 years is an advantage.
• SPM holder with experience in Customer Service or logistic industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with the customers confidently and fulfill customer requirements.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
