Key Accountabilities

The main responsibilities for the incumbent are to support finance department by focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Job Summary

1. Extraction of data for reconciliation purposes
2. Digitalisation and organisation of contracts and supporting documents
3. Routine operational and data preparation tasks
4. Assist in monthly closing activities

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree of Accounting/Finance
2. Basic knowledge or experience in AP & AR functions
3. 2-3 years working experiences in finance/accounting field.
4. Familiar with accounting/ERP systems and basic data extraction (e.g. Excel/Google Sheet)
5. Detail-oriented, organised, able to support reconciliation and documentation work
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

This is contract role for 6 months.

Based in Cyberjaya.
