We are looking for a Factory Admin Assistant to assist the production team with daily administrative tasks. This role supports coordination across supply chain departments and ensures that all production documents and inventory information are recorded accurately.

Job Responsibility:

• Record daily production information such as quantities produced and materials used
• Update inventory records accurately and on time
• Share production information between the Manufacturing and Operations teams
• Keep production files, reports, and documents organized and up to date
• Help prepare simple production and inventory reports
• Check records for missing or incorrect information and report issues to supervisors
• Assist with stock counts and basic inventory checks
• Enter production and inventory data into company systems
• Follow company procedures for record-keeping and data accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the production team

Job Requirement:

• Minimum qualification in SPM certificate or equivalent
• Possess prior experience between 1 - 2 years in relevant field will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
