Senior Systems Analyst

Working Location: Petaling Jaya area

Job Description Role Mission:

The mission of the Senior Systems Analyst is to support the design of scalable and effective systems that meet business needs and technical requirements. The role focuses on translating business requirements into clear solution specifications, supporting end-to-end solution design, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, well-integrated, and aligned to business objectives. The role also contributes to business growth and stronger solution outcomes through sound analysis, collaboration, and delivery discipline.  

Minimum Profile/ Track Record:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related field of study with at least 5–7 years of systems analysis, solution design, or related experience.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.g. Compax), Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery, and Integrations.
• Experience in digital-related areas, including user journey analysis during solution assessment, design thinking, and human-centric approaches to solution assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization skills and comfort with multi-tasking under a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently on assigned solution components while escalating issues appropriately.
