About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Executive to support our finance function and day-to-day business operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real financial operations and management-level coordination in a fast-growing collectibles and tech company, with room to grow into a Finance Executive or Operations role as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Operations Support

• Assist in preparing internal financial summaries and reports
• Track invoices, payments, and expense submissions
• Maintain organised financial documentation and approval records
• Support reconciliation and transaction tracking using Excel / Google Sheets
• Assist with data entry and updates in Xero (or other accounting systems)
• Liaise with external accountants when required

Administrative & Coordination

• Arrange travel bookings (flights, accommodation)
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across stakeholders
• Prepare structured meeting minutes and follow-up action trackers
• Maintain company contracts, agreements, and documentation
• Ensure proper digital and physical filing systems

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Exposure to Xero or accounting systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Professional communication skills
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly
