RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and mentor PhD and Master’s students in Sport Studies, guiding research design, methodology, and academic development.
- Lead the preparation of research proposals, academic papers, and publications in the field of sport science and related areas.
- Ensure that all course materials, teaching content, and assessments comply with MQA standards and institutional requirements.
- Plan and conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials, providing high-quality teaching and effective consultation to support student success.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress, research milestones, and attendance, providing tailored guidance and feedback to maximize learning outcomes.
- Meet academic deadlines, coordinate with faculty committees, and complete tasks aligned with the academic calendar and institutional directives.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Sport Studies program through innovative research and curriculum initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably in Sport Studies or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide PhD students through research projects successfully.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping students reach their highest academic and research potential.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with a track record of publications in sport science or related fields.
- Familiarity with MQA standards, academic quality assurance, and curriculum development.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
