Job description:

You will play an important role to:

• Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, including logos, branding materials, advertisements, and digital assets.
• Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Graphic Production: Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics.
• Manipulate images, typography, and layout to create aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for various mediums, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Digital Design: Design engaging digital assets for web and social media platforms, including website graphics, social media posts, banners, and email newsletters.
• Optimize designs for online viewing, considering factors such as file size, resolution, and compatibility with different devices and browsers.
• Brand Development and Maintenance: Contribute to brand identity development by creating logos, color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that reflect brand values and messaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design collateral, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across print and digital mediums.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and timelines.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and progress updates effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs as needed.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across print and digital mediums.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients or stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.

Basic Information

• Employment Type: Full Time (Probationary Period: 3-6 Months)
• Work Style: Onsite - 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
