Job Purpose

This position mainly works closely with Legal Counsel/Manager to ensure that contract agreement is systematically managed and implemented. This include contract management and legal documentation that will need to be used by internal and external end user. You will need to have good understanding about contract life cycle and its processes.

Job Responsibilities

Manage contract process with regards to all contract related matters in the following area:

• To directly assist Legal Manager on Legal and Contract Management.
• Closely monitoring and managing contract renewal processes including follows up until agreement was signed by both parties.
• Involve in all contract terms discussion and negotiations with the customer person in charge
• To ensure contract terms and conditions are in full compliance with our OCS Malaysia and Global policy.
• Liaise with legal panel for advice in terms of any unclear wordings of the contract terms.
• To ensure contract agreement execution in proper such as timing, signing, and stamping and filing.
• To maintain the contract master list and update it regularly.
• To assist Operation and Finance team in term of contract requirement by updating their excel list.
• To manage Salesforce system by key in all the contract information for OCS Global update.
• To complete legal documentation etc, agreement, litigation case, company secretary information.
• Directly work with LHDN for the stamping purposes.
• To update client retention report for fortnightly meetings with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
