Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Prepare and coordinate architectural, renovation and construction drawings.
• 负责建筑、装修及施工图纸的准备及协调。
• Assist with authority submissions and follow up with relevant authorities.
• 协助政府部门图纸及申请提交，并跟进相关事项。
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• 与客户、顾问、承包商及供应商进行协调。
• Conduct site visits and monitor renovation / construction works.
• 进行现场巡视，并跟进装修及施工工程。
• Assist in design development, technical details and material selection.
• 协助设计发展、技术细节及材料选择。
• Coordinate with structural, M&E and other consultants where required.
• 根据项目需要，与结构、M&E及其他专业顾问进行协调。
• Prepare and maintain project drawings and documentation.
• 准备及管理项目图纸及相关文件。

1. Registered / Qualified Architect / 注册建筑师

• Candidates with valid professional registration and relevant signing / endorsement authority are highly encouraged to apply.
• 持有有效专业注册资格，并具备相关签署 / 核准权限者优先。
• LAM Part I / Part II or relevant architectural qualification.
• 持有 LAM Part I / Part II 或相关建筑专业资格者优先。

2. Architectural / Renovation / Construction Experience / 建筑装修施工经验

Candidates with practical experience in:

• Architectural renovation / 建筑装修
• Interior fit-out / 室内装修工程
• Construction coordination / 建筑施工协调
• Site supervision / 现场监督
• Architectural drawing / 建筑图纸

3. Fresh Graduates / Interns / 应届毕业生 / 实习生

• Fresh graduates from Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, Construction or related fields are welcome.
• 建筑学、建筑技术、室内建筑、建筑工程或相关专业应届毕业生欢迎申请。
• Internship candidates are also welcome.
• 实习生亦欢迎申请。
• Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.
• 合适的候选人将获得培训及工作指导。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, Construction or related field.
• 建筑学、建筑技术、室内建筑、建筑工程或相关专业 Diploma / Degree。
• Candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered.
• 具备相关实际工作经验者亦会考虑。
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software is an advantage.
• 熟悉 AutoCAD、SketchUp、Revit 或其他相关软件者优先。
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• 具备良好的沟通、协调及问题解决能力。
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• 能根据项目需要前往工程现场。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
