Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave administration, employee welfare, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other correspondence.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee claims.
- Coordinate foreign worker permit renewals and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Support training, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll administration and foreign worker management is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
