Jobscope:
-Research property market supply and demand in different areas.

-Collect and organise market data from property platforms and other sources.

-Analyse the number and types of properties available in the market.

-Track rental and selling prices and identify pricing trends.

-Study competitors and similar property projects.

-Identify potential market opportunities and risks.

-Assist the team in identifying potential property investment opportunities based on market data.

Working Hours : 10.30AM - 6.30PM (Mon - Fri)

Location : 40-4, Jalan Metro Pudu, Off, Jln Yew, Fraser Business Park, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
