任职资格

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
Mandarin speaker is preferred as this role requires dealing with China inter-department and customers.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Solid knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
Hands-on problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Familiar with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

岗位职责

Oversee overall factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
Plan and manage daily production activities to meet output, delivery, and efficiency targets.
Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards; work closely with QA/QC teams.
Manage and lead production teams, including supervisors and operators; ensure proper manpower planning and discipline.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, cost reduction, process optimization).
Oversee machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Coordinate with material control, purchasing, and sales teams to align production with demand.
Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for management review .
