Responsibilities

• Documentation: Support the preparation and submission of HR documentation; help track submission deadlines, approvals, attendance documentation and other required paperwork; ensure documents and records are complete, accurate and properly organised.
• Recruitment Coordination: Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams; manage scheduling, calendar invitations, confirmations and follow-ups; support other recruitment administration when needed.
• HR & Operations Support: Support daily admin, coordination, and documentation for the OPT team; assist with client projects and HR operations as needed; research, contact, and compare venues/vendors for training and events; maintain internal venue and vendor database; take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree.
• Organised and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and trackers.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Genuine interest in HR and People Operations; previous HR experience is a bonus but not required.

One People Team (OPT) is an HR advisory and leadership development company working with founders and leadership teams across Southeast Asia to build teams, strengthen people practices and grow businesses. OPT is a small, hands-on team where members learn across different areas of the business.

The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and client work, gaining hands-on exposure to HR administration, documentation, recruitment coordination, vendor and venue sourcing, research, and general project support while working alongside the OPT team on real client projects.
