Position: Crew Member – Dimsum Restaurant
Restaurant Name: EatHere
Working Days: 6 days per week
Off Day: Monday – Outlet permanently closed

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Dimsum Restaurant, including taking customer orders, food preparation, cooking, cashiering and maintaining cleanliness of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and handle cashier/POS transactions.
• Prepare dimsum and other food items according to the required procedures.
• Steam, fry and heat food items as required.
• Take out, prepare and handle frozen food supplied by the hotel.
• Ensure food is properly prepared, cooked and served.
• Maintain proper food storage and follow food hygiene and safety requirements.
• Keep the kitchen, counter and dining area clean and organised.
• Replenish food, packaging and other supplies when required.
• Assist with stock checking and report low stock or damaged items.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, procedures and food safety standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in restaurant, F&B, café or food preparation is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform both counter and kitchen duties.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Outlet is permanently closed every Monday.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
