• Position: Sales Executive
• Brand: ZEN GARDEN – Personal Care Products
• Basic Salary: RM2,800 to RM4000 + Commission (with sales target)+car allowance
• Allowance: Car Allowance Provided

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling ZEN GARDEN personal care products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

Promote and represent ZEN GARDEN personal care products to potential customers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Increase brand visibility and product awareness in assigned territories.

Customer Management

Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Attend to customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and offer solutions.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.

Sales Performance

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn commission.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.

Operational Duties

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales materials.

Work closely with internal departments for order processing and delivery.

Participate in marketing events, promotions, and trade exhibitions.

Travel & Field Work

Visit clients regularly using own transportation

Car allowance will be provided to support travel needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
