Job Responsibilities:

1) Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

2) Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and service requests.

3) Assist customers with product and service enquiries.

4) Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

5) Follow up with customers and provide updates on order and service status.

6) Prepare quotations, reports, invoices, and other related documents.

7) Maintain accurate customer records and filing.

8) Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

9) Perform general administrative and customer service duties.

10) Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1) Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Office Administration, Communication, or other relevant fields.

2) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

5) Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

6) Customer-oriented, responsible, and positive.

7) Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

8) Able to work independently and as part of a team.

9) Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
