EON is involved in automotive distribution and retail across brands including Proton, Proton e.MAS, Mitsubishi, Audi, Volkswagen, and smart, as well as commercial vehicles through ISUZU, automotive leasing through AVIS, and automotive supply chain and logistics through DHAS.

What You’ll Do

As an Executive – Project Management Office, you will support the delivery of automotive retail projects and ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and operationally efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities, from planning and site preparation through completion and handover.
• Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, upgrading and improvement works at automotive retail facilities.
• Monitor contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure works are completed according to scope, quality, cost and timeline.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation, review and evaluation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quotations and project cost estimates.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, landlords and relevant authorities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, progress updates and records.
• Ensure projects and facility works comply with applicable safety, regulatory and company requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, facility management or building services.
• Experience coordinating renovation, refurbishment, construction or facility improvement projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction activities, building works and M&E services.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and coordinate different stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive retail experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working both on-site and behind the desk:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Microsoft Office / Excel
• Ability to prepare, read and interpret BOQ
• Ability to review quotations, cost estimates and project scopes
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Site inspection and contractor coordination skills
