Coordinate and supervise security guards at assigned sites.

Conduct regular site visits and ensure security procedures are followed.

Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and operational issues.

Communicate with clients and respond to site-related matters.

Prepare operational reports and update management on issues.

Handle staff complaints, replacements, and urgent manpower requirements.

Ensure company rules, SOPs, and client requirements are followed.

Training will be provided. No experience is required.
