• To co-ordinate resources to ensure the fulfilment of customers’ needs and achieved the target with minimal cost and downtime. 
• To attend kick of meeting with internal team and customers for discussion on project execution. 
• To administer project documentation and advice production procedure/specifications. 
• To monitor and ensure availability of parts, accessories, tools/equipment, transportation, and human resources for the project.  
• To manage relationships and co-ordinate work between different teams at different locations to ensure all progress according to plans. 
• To liaise with external parties such as customer/vendors for the in progress and post-sales discussion. 
• To prepare and monitor project schedule. 
• To lead a team in the installation and commissioning at customer’s site. 
• To handle customers’ complaint and solve projects technical related issues. 
• To liaise and work closely with other departments to identify market expectations, trends, and opportunities and understand customer’s needs.
