• Manage the front desk and ensure that it is tidy and orderly at all times
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Receive deliveries for office
• Release cheque for supplier
• Maintain and regulate stationery and uniform register, keep track of stock and order accordingly
• Update list of office extension number, parking slots
• to assist in other matters related to office administration

Requirement

• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• familiar in office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents , email correspondence etc

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
