JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Analyze production rates and exceptions

• Assess production costs

• Conduct time observations to determine standard times for tasks

• Write SOPs and revise ISO documents

• Create and maintain ESOP, ROUTING

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess degree (Preferred in Mechatronics or a related field)

• Relevant experience preferred

• Skills:

  • PLC & DCS Programming

  • Good communications skills

• Software/Systems:

  • Office

  • Pro/E (Optional)

  • Oracle (Optional)

• Must be comfortable with production floor environments (temperature, dust, noise, etc.)

• May require travel depending on customer needs.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) will be an added advantage to facilitate communicate on with Taiwan headquarters and customers
