Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.

Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, QAQC procedures, and HSE requirement

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project execution, with proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the construction phase.

Strong understanding of construction planning, project scheduling, cost control, contract requirements, and statutory compliance.

Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced construction environments.

Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Coordinate construction sequencing, resource allocation, and work priorities to support timely project execution.

Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.

Collaborate with engineering, planning, commercial, QAQC, and HSE teams to resolve technical and site coordination issues.

Monitor construction progress, identify project risks, and implement recovery plans to minimize delays.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and authority approvals.

Review construction reports, progress updates, claims, and project documentation to support management reporting and contractual requirements.

Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
