Job Description

Operational Management

·       Manage daily operations to ensure service, productivity, and performance targets are achieved.

·       Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and delivery commitments.

·       Monitor and improve operational KPIs, driving efficiency while maintaining service quality.

·       Oversee sorting and warehouse operations to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.

·       Develop contingency and incident management plans to minimize operational disruptions.

Process Improvement & Excellence

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

·       Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

·       Evaluate improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable outcomes across the operation.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the team.

Warehouse & Logistics Management

·       Oversee warehouse operations, storage utilization, and workflow processes.

·       Review warehouse layouts and operational practices to optimize space, safety, and efficiency.

·       Ensure alignment of warehouse strategies with business and operational objectives.

Technology & Innovation

·       Support the adoption of new technologies and operational tools to improve performance.

·       Lead operational technology projects and ensure successful implementation.

·       Assess the effectiveness of technology solutions and identify opportunities for further improvements.

·       Promote awareness and adoption of innovative solutions across the operation.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

·       Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company policies.

·       Promote a strong safety culture and drive corrective actions for non-compliance issues.

·       Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to protect people, assets, and business continuity.

·       Regularly review emergency response and crisis management procedures.

People Leadership

·       Lead, coach, and develop operations teams to achieve high performance.

·       Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.

·       Support employee development through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

·       Communicate operational priorities and performance expectations clearly across the team.

Job Requirement

  ·       Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related field.

·       Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience managing large teams and fast-paced operational environments.

·       Knowledge of warehouse operations, process improvement, and safety regulations.

·       Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
