ZEEKR Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd - Senior Used Car Sales Advisor

Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd is an authorised dealer for ZEEKR, a premium electric vehicle brand focused on technology, innovation, and intelligent mobility.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Used Car Sales Advisor to join our growing automotive team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Sales & Customer Engagement

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or making enquiries through online and offline channels.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable used vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and explain vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and ownership costs.
• Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Proactively generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, online platforms, and networking activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure customer records are updated accurately.

3. Trade-In & Vehicle Evaluation Support

• Assist customers with vehicle trade-in enquiries.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and valuations with the relevant department or vehicle evaluator.
• Explain the trade-in process and available options to customers.

4. Financing & Insurance Coordination

• Assist customers in understanding financing and insurance options.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and insurance providers to facilitate applications and approvals.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted accurately.

5. Customer Experience

• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service.
• Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery and handover experience in coordination with relevant teams.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

6. Required Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferred, preferably in the used car or automotive industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

7. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, retail, or high-value product sales industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in automotive purchaser, used car sales, vehicle trade-ins, financing, or automotive sales is an added advantage.

Zeekr House Federal, Lot 11, Jalan 219, Section 51A, Federal Highway, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
