Job responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop and produce high-quality photos, videos, and captions that reflect the brand’s voice, identity, and objectives.
• Track and analyze social media performance, preparing monthly reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously improve content strategy and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Assist in photo and video shoots or participate in on-site content creation activities as required.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proficient in photography, videography, and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Highly creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends and digital content strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
