We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing online sales platforms and daily e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Company's e-commerce platforms and online stores.
• -Upload and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, prices and product information.
• Monitor and update product availability and stock levels.
• Assist in processing and monitoring online customer orders.
• Support the team in preparing promotions, campaigns and vouchers on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in checking and updating product prices and promotional information.
• Monitor online store performance and assist in preparing sales reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding product information, stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Assist in responding to customer enquiries when required.
• Support the E-Commerce team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Management or any related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and online retail.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.

Work Location: In person
