We are expanding! We currently have 2 vacancies for this position:

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization
• Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet customer demand and business objectives
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow and production processes
• Monitor inventory levels, raw material availability, and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstock
• Analyze production capacity, identify constraints, and propose improvement plans to enhance efficiency
• Prepare and review production reports, forecasts, and planning data for management review
• Lead and supervise PPC team members, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the PPC Manager and Factory Manager

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), manufacturing planning, warehousing, or a related field; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills
• Leadership abilities with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
