Admin Assistant (Training & Business Development)
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administration and operations of our corporate training business [*************].
This is a junior-friendly role that is open to fresh graduates, we are completely ready to guide, train, and support you from day one! You will start primarily in a hands-on administrative role, working closely to assist our Business Development (BD) and management teams in the first few months. As you master the core administrative workflows, you will gain deeper exposure to training operations and learn specialized corporate compliance skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & BD Support (Primary Focus)
- Assist the BD Team: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team to keep client workflows moving smoothly.
- Documentation Prep: Draft and organize quotations, proposals, training agreements, and other business documents.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate training records, update internal databases, and manage paperwork for compliance and reporting.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a friendly point of contact, coordinating messages between clients, trainers, and internal management.
Training Operations & Coordination (With Guidance)
- Logistics Handling: Help organize training schedules, book physical or virtual venues, track participant attendance, and compile evaluation forms.
- Material Preparation: Prepare, format, and organize training modules, slide decks, and learning materials.
- Trainer Coordination: Assist in sourcing, scheduling, and communicating with coaches and industry trainers.
Compliance Learning & Support
- HRD Corp Processes: Learn and assist with the HRD Corp E-TRiS system [*************], helping process client grant applications and claims under senior guidance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome! Any internship or prior part-time experience in an office administrative role is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a helpful bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Language & Communication: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with corporate clients and trainers.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, hands-on, and comfortable assisting a fast-moving business team.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
