We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our project team, to assist project manager to carry out work programme/schedule, to coordinate, monitor, supervise, record and plan site activity/works

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or building related field
• Candidates with civil engineering / construction site experience will be prioritized
• Knowledge of BIM modeling is an added advantage and will be prioritized
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibility

• Need to be able to read construction drawings
• To adhere to the Safety & Health procedures and requirements.
• To record and execute all aspects of contract administration in connection with the main contract and sub-contract.
• Liaise with site personnel and sub-contractors to maximize productivity
• Provide advice to the site team about all project issues, project strategy, and provide input for reviews.
• The ability to manage workload and co-ordinate with others to ensure deadlines are met.
• To have good IT skills and a knowledge of MS Project or similar.
• To attend technical meetings with local authorities, and the project team to coordinate design issues.
• Prepare and submit required documents to the relevant local authorities
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of site documents - NCR, RFI, CVI, etc.
• Knowledge of PAM form of contracts and JKR form of contracts.
