We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Admin Executive to support our day-to-day finance and administrative operations.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates looking to build practical experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, e-Invoice, month-end processes, and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
- Verify supplier invoices against supporting documents and prepare payment documentation for approval.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare payment schedules and supporting documents for Finance approval.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and assist with payment collection follow-ups.
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents when required.
- Assist with Malaysia e-Invoice documentation and submission processes.
- Maintain proper and organised records of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Support the Finance team with month-end closing, audit, tax, and other finance-related documentation.
Administration
- Maintain organised digital and physical records of Company documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative and office support when required.
- Ensure records and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager/CFO.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and financial documents.
- Well-organised with good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently after training.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
