About the role

As Supervisor for Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Sandakan, Sabah, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our local branch and leading a dedicated team of sales professionals. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the success and growth of our business in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve key performance targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints
• Manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and make informed decisions to drive business performance
• Collaborate with the regional head office to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Coach and develop your team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales management or management role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective business strategies
• Thorough understanding of sales and operations best practices, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing
