Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to work processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost savings for the Company.
• Plan and organize operational strategies to ensure smooth Production operations and compliance with all SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments and external suppliers regarding the Company’s operational activities.
• Ensure that machine inspections, maintenance, and Production processes are carried out according to established procedures.
• Ensure that operational documents from each department are submitted correctly and completely.
• Monitor the usage of machines, equipment, raw materials, and manpower to minimize unnecessary costs and wastage.
• Manage the location, relocation, movement schedules, and records of Production assets such as machines and equipment.
• Assist in implementing safety requirements, audits, and site inspections, as well as preparing and reviewing HIRAC, SOPs, and SWPs.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure Production targets are achieved efficiently.
• Assist in controlling and analyzing operational costs and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations, Production, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in computer skills and able to prepare reports and records accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with external suppliers.
• Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage to facilitate communication with external suppliers.
• Able to review and improve work processes and work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess a positive work attitude.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
