Job Description

• Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project specifications
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Civil Engineering/Construction Management or any related field
• 3-4 years of working experience, particularly in earthworks
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
