Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
• Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, supporting documents, and customer information.
• Assist in issuing and recording invoices in the accounting system.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in maintaining proper filing and documentation of invoices.
• Support invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies where required.
• Assist in preparing invoice-related reports and records.
• Perform any other duties related to invoicing as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Capability to uphold confidentiality and manage delicate information discreetly.
• Willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
