About This Role

Forest Cloud is expanding its digital team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our Senior E-Commerce Specialist and help operate our complete e-commerce ecosystem—including our website, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and future sales channels.

Standard operational work is completed on-site during weekdays. Because e-commerce operates continuously, this role also supports weekend and after-hours customer enquiries remotely through a fair rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Customer Service: Monitor and respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and reviews across all Forest Cloud e-commerce channels, including Mandarin-language enquiries.

• Storefront Operations: Support day-to-day backend operations across our website, Shopify, marketplaces, social-commerce platforms, and future channels.

• Catalogue and Inventory: Maintain product listings, prices, promotions, images, descriptions, and inventory accuracy.

• Campaign Execution: Support monthly campaigns, mega-sale events, vouchers, promotional mechanics, and customer broadcasts.

• Asset Coordination: Work with creative and marketing teams to prepare promotional banners, product images, and campaign materials.

• Fulfilment Tracking: Monitor online orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time packing and delivery.

• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer disputes, returns, refunds, and courier-delivery issues efficiently.

• Reporting: Maintain basic sales, campaign, customer-service, and inventory reports using Excel, Sheets, or relevant platform tools.

Job Requirements

• Languages: Professional working proficiency in spoken Mandarin and in reading and writing Mandarin is required for Mandarin-language customer enquiries. Good written English and Bahasa Malaysia are also required.

• Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce storefront, seller centre, marketplace backend, or comparable e-commerce platform.

• Platform Agility: Able to learn and operate across multiple e-commerce channels. Experience across two or more platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Customer Support: Willing and able to join a weekend and after-hours remote customer-service rotation.

• Location: Able to work on-site in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

• Software: Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including basic Excel or Sheets functions.

• Work Style: Responsible, detail-oriented, patient with customers, adaptable, and able to collaborate under senior guidance.
