What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)
People & Culture

• Be the go-to person for employees — a problem solver, a listener, and sometimes even the office peacemaker.
• Handle employee relations and conflicts with empathy, fairness, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Spark engagement through creative programs that make work feel rewarding.

HR Foundations

• Keep our HR policies sharp, clear, and aligned with both the law and our values.
• Maintain up-to-date employee documentation with precision.

Rewards & Recognition

• Ensure payroll and benefits run like a well-tuned engine.
• Contribute to benchmarking and fair compensation structures.

Growth & Development

• Run onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel like they belong from Day
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs that actually make people better at what they do (not just check a box).

Performance & Progress

• Guide managers through feedback, goal-setting, and performance reviews that really matter.
• Support succession planning and talent retention — because great people deserve a future here.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including at least 1 years at a senior or leadership level.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (and the wisdom to apply them fairly).
• Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• HRIS proficiency — you know your way around systems and data.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
