We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Transformation Intern to support initiatives that span the business.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, ‘hit the ground-running’ internship.

You will have a front-row seat to how business decisions are made, and how ideas become action. This role works closely with our Strategy team, to collaborate on projects spanning multiple functions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys ideating, brainstorming, and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities
No two weeks will look exactly the same.

• Support strategic business initiatives and firm-wide projects
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
• Identify, evaluate growth opportunities, business risks, and improvement areas
• Assist with long-term planning initiatives
• Pitch, recommend solutions, ideas, business cases that improve productivity, effectiveness, and/or drive growth
• Support implementation of operational improvements
• Analyse data, develop insights and visualizations, prepare reports and presentations

Key Skills & Qualifications
Essential

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies, preferably, but not limited to Business, Management, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with different stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including data visualization), Microsoft PowerPoint
• Able to synthesize information and communicate concisely
• Strong attention to detail, while keeping big picture in mind
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational skills
• Quick iterative sprints to turnaround materials
• Resourceful & Proactive
• Think outside the box
• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with ambiguity
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent yet comfortable asking questions when needed

• Willing to experiment & test ideas
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
