We're looking for a Finance Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the financial operations behind successful events. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you.

As our Finance Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple projects by:

• Managing the full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting activities.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, receipts, and vendor claims.

• Assisting in the preparation of event budgets and monitoring project costs.

• Tracking project profitability and providing cost analysis to management.

• Preparing monthly management reports, cash flow reports, and bank reconciliations.

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including SST, taxation, and other regulatory obligations.

• Liaising with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and external stakeholders when required.

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

• Supporting management with financial planning and decision-making for ongoing and upcoming events.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

• Experience in the event management, entertainment, or F&B industry will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
