Full Time Boilerman Grade 1 Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,500 in SINOLION WHEELS TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. Kuantan - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-pressure steam boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure boiler operations comply with DOSH regulations and company SOPs.
• Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, pumps, valves, water treatment systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and operating parameters.
• Conduct water quality testing and coordinate chemical treatment to maintain boiler efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of boiler equipment.
• Report equipment abnormalities and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate operating logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the boiler house.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and emergency procedures.
• Support plant utility operations during shutdowns, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate of Competency issued by DOSH Malaysia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating industrial steam boilers in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of boiler operation, water treatment systems, steam distribution, and utility equipment.
• Familiar with the Factories and Machinery Act, Steam Boiler & Unfired Pressure Vessel Regulations, and DOSH requirements.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
