Position: Teller

We are looking for a Teller to join our currency exchange and remittance branch.

• Attend to customers at the counter.

• Handle currency exchange transactions.

• Assist with remittance transactions.

• Count and check cash accurately.

• Issue receipts to customers.

• Follow company SOP and compliance requirements.

• Report any shortage, excess, or suspicious transaction immediately.

• Keep the counter area clean and organised.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in the currency exchange business is an advantage.

• Experience in remittance, banking, cashiering, or customer service is also welcomed.

• Fresh candidates may apply; training will be provided.

• Must be honest, careful, responsible, and disciplined.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good communication skills.

Salary will be based on experience. Candidates with experience in the currency exchange business will be offered a higher salary according to their skills and work experience.
