Your Role

As a Sr Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our car park business across the Central Region (Klang Valley). You’ll be actively involved in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing long-term partnerships in achieving KPIs.

What You Will Do

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Generate and follow up on business leads to convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Engage potential clients through cold calls, meetings, emails, and site visits.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Work from a defined prospect list to secure long-term partners for the car park business.
• Ensure business surveys are conducted in accordance with project requirements and departmental standards.
• Represent the Company professionally in face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written communications.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies, Operations Management, Facility/Property Management, or Real Estate Management.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales, Car Park Operations, Facility Management, or Retail/Property-related industries.
• Experience in car park operations or facility management will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and communication skill all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
• Willingness to travel between sites within Johor and nearby regions and meeting with potential clients/landlords.
• Possess own transportation.
