We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating production machines and equipment, following work instructions, meeting production targets, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate machines and equipment according to work instructions and SOPs.

2. Complete production tasks accurately and meet required cycle times and output targets.

3. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

4. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or abnormalities to the Line Leader/Quality Inspector.

5. Perform daily 5S activities and maintain a clean and safe working area.

6. Follow company health, safety, environmental, and ISO procedures.

7. Use the MRP system to print drawings and update daily production output.

8. Attend relevant training to improve skills and knowledge.

9. Work closely with team members and follow instructions from the Line Leader.

10. Maintain confidentiality of company information, production processes, SOPs, and product specifications.

11. Follow approved work instructions and process parameters consistently.

Requirements:

1. SPM or equivalent qualification.

2. No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Good attitude and willingness to learn.

4. Able to work well in a team.

5. Good time management and attention to detail.

6. Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
