Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to develop engaging and high-quality content for the company's social media and digital platforms. The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing and publishing content that promotes the company's products, campaigns and brand while increasing customer engagement and supporting sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create short-form videos, product photos, graphics, captions and promotional materials
• Develop creative content ideas based on company products, promotions, campaigns and current social media trends
• Schedule and publish content according to the planned content schedule
• Create content to promote products, promotions, new product launches and special campaigns
• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement and other relevant metrics
• Prepare basic reports on social media and content performance when required
• Plan, prepare and conduct live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook or other relevant platforms
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or other relevant editing tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Willing to travel to retail stores or other locations for content production when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
