We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable tutors to join our tutoring team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

We are currently looking for tutors who can prepare students for international English proficiency tests, university entrance examinations and academic equivalency examinations.

Tests We Are Looking For

IELTS Academic & General Training

SAT — Mathematics, Reading & Writing

GED — Mathematical Reasoning, Science, Social Studies & Reasoning Through Language Arts

TOEFL iBT

PTE Academic

ACT

University Entrance / Placement Tests

Other recognised international test-preparation programmes — apply with your specialty

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience preparing students
Strong knowledge of the relevant exam format, syllabus, scoring system and question types

Excellent command of English — written and spoken

Ability to teach exam strategies, time management and question-solving techniques

Ability to assess students' current level and identify areas for improvement

Able to work with past papers, mock examinations and exam-style materials

Punctual, reliable and committed to student progress

Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles

Patient, encouraging and student-centred approach

Preferred

Previous experience in a tuition centre, international school or test-preparation centre

Proven experience helping students prepare for IELTS, SAT, GED, TOEFL or similar examinations

Tutors able to teach more than one examination are highly preferred

Experience teaching both 1-to-1 and small-group classes
