- Manage incoming call inquiries, emails, and general correspondence.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for company documents, contracts, and records.
- Monitor and place order for office inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, printer toner, etc).
- Upkeep of office equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) and manage expense claims for staff.
- Assist HR with onboarding administrative tasks.
- Application of CIDB Green Card for new expatriate and new projects.
- Assist in handling ISO documentations.
- Renew office business license, Awning & Partition permit and insurance.
- Perform other administrative related duties as may be required by the Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Degree in administrative field.
· At least 3 years working experience in project / administration.
· Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Can work independently.
· Strong willingness to learn, adaptable to work arrangement and team spirits.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
