JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is ambitious, energetic and hungry to grow with us.

You don't need to be a sales expert.
We can teach you the process. What we can't teach is hunger, curiosity and the desire to win.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Research potential clients and understand their business, industry and marketing needs.
• Reach out to decision-makers and start meaningful conversations.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Understand client challenges and translate them into opportunities for Envicion's creative and marketing team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations together with the team.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales journey and maintain strong relationships.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Project teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, lead and follow-up records.
• Consistently work towards monthly sales and business development targets.
• Build your own network of clients and industry contacts.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This isn't just a job where you learn how to sell.

You'll learn how an advertising agency actually wins business — from:

Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Understanding the Brief → Strategy → Creative Proposal → Pitch → Closing → Client Relationship

You'll gain exposure to branding, advertising, digital marketing, property marketing, events, creative campaigns and business strategy.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a fresh graduate or have 1–2 years of sales / business development experience.

More importantly, you are:

• Hungry to achieve and grow.
• Confident communicating with people.
• Comfortable making calls and starting conversations.
• Curious about business, advertising and marketing.
• Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Persistent when facing rejection.
• Organised with good follow-up habits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Possess your own transport and willing to meet clients when required.
